Please make sure you call Nawaloka Hospital and reserve a Date & Time after doing the online payment. Prior your booking check the availability of the consultant.
- Invoice will be forwarded to the “Payee Email” Only.
- No guarantee of delivering the invoice due to any communication failures.
- Making the payment only will not assure an appointment number.
- Please contact our call center by dialing
and reserve your appointment no by claiming the invoice number.
- Appointment Date & Time will be confirmed only after you contact a call center agent only.
- Please note that you might not get the same session you are expecting. If that session is already finished you will get the appointment from a different session.
- Management has sole authority to cancel any appointment and issue you a new appointment number with a new date and time.
- This service does not include any refund.
- A charge of Rs. 200/- net is applicable for this service.
- Call center agents can be contactable during following hours only
- Week days ( Monday to Friday ) : 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekends ( Saturday & Sunday) : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Public/Mercantile Holidays : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Please collect your original appointment receipt from counter NO 23
