The patient undergoes a standardized (Bruce) protocol on increasing exercise with continuous 12 lead ECG and blood preasure monitoring and watches for depressions. This is used to diagnose IHD (Ischemic Heart Disease), assessment of exercise tolerance etc.

Preparations for Stress Testing / Exercise E.C.G.
	Avoid a heavy meal before the test.
	Do not come alone. Please have a responsible individual accompany the patient.
	Please bring along with you all medical records and previous E.C.G.'s.
	Male patient should have the chest area well shaven.
